They don't see the rate you negotiated. They don't see which carrier you picked or how the run was scheduled. They see a truck arrive, or they see it not arrive. They see a driver who knows where to put the pallet, or one who doesn't. And whatever happens at that dock, they file it under your name, not ours.
That's the part of freight we take seriously. The same drivers on your regular runs, week after week, so they know the site, the receiver and what "delivered" looks like for your customers. A dispatcher who knows your job without having to look it up. A truck that can actually do the job - the right access, the tailgate if the site needs one.
Most of our clients have been with us for years, a few for more than a decade. Not because we won on rate - because their customers stopped noticing the freight, which is the only review that matters.
